Tips for Making Appointment Requests
Before you make an appointment request, it will be helpful for you to note our providers' regular schedules and office locations on particular days. Therefore, please be sure to refer to the listing below before making your appointment request:

Waterbury office: Open Tuesday - Friday
Southbury office: Open Mondays only

As a service to our patients, we use personalized calls to remind you of your appointments with our practice. Once we have confirmed an appointment with you, you can expect to receive a reminder call 2 days before your appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.
